Some of you may already know about the two year old height projectory theory. Apparantly if you take a kids' height at age two and double it, that is how tall they will be as an adult. So are you ready to hear how tall Isabella is at age two... 3 feet tall! That's right, at her two year check up she was measured at 36 inches, which, if she follows the same growing pattern, will put her around 6 feet tall as an adult! The doctor and I had a funny conversation about it, it went a little like this...
doctor, looking a little shocked: How tall is your husband?
me: About 5'8" or 5'9"
doctor, with a funny look: And you are about 5'2"?
me: Yep
Anyway, this puts Bella in the top 95% for her height. She is in the 50% for her weight and 40% for her head. Which is funny because she has always been tall for her age, average for her height, and had a small head! That's my little girl!
