No not the movie, but that is how many times we celebrated Christmas this year. I stole this idea off of a friends blog, but we did have four Christmases, luckily we enjoyed all of them, unlike the movie. There were 94 pictures that I liked from our whole trip to Utah, so I put them all into a slideshow. I am going to break everything we did down on our travel blog, but this is an overview of our whole trip!
The first Christmas was on Monday the 22nd with Chad's parents and family. Chad and I got a beautiful picture of Christ to put on our wall, and Bella got some clothes from her Aunt Tiffani and a new bike from Nana and Papa, which she loves! We left straight from their house to go to Utah, drove all night and all day and arrived on the 23rd. On the 24th, we went to a Christmas Party with my sister to her fiance's parents house (this is not one of our Christmases). They were really nice and we had a lot of fun! Christmas morning, we woke up and did our own Christmas together, which was so nice and so much fun! We didn't buy a lot for each other this year because we were saving money for the trip, but it was I think the best Christmas we have had together so far! We then headed over to my parents house, and enjoyed hanging out with all of Bella's cousins! She got a great blocks set from Grandma and Grandpa, some great movies from Uncle Kendal and Aunt Megan, and some fun hair accessories and leggings from her cousins! It was a lot of fun! Then, we headed up to Kaysville to Chad's grandparent's house! Bella played with more cousins, and we enjoyed getting to see everyone. Grandma Willey is so sweet and always has great food. There was a snowstorm on our way back, and I think it took us 3 hours to get back to Provo, but we made it safe. Unfortunately, that snowstorm kept my sister, Heidi, and her family and my brother, Shad, from coming down for the Wedding. It was really sad not to be able to see them. (But I am glad Shad got to stay with his wife, Krista, for the rest of the weekend!)
The rest of the trip was fun! We stayed at Chad's Aunt Lesa's house most of the time while they were in Hawaii. It was so great staying there and we really appreciated them letting us! My sister's wedding was beautiful! We set up at the church Friday night, and Bella passed out in the car and slept for two hours through moving tables and chairs, yelling, and playing basketball. She was wiped out from four days without a nap! Oh, and my sister married a guy named Chad, so now we have two Chads and a Shad! It's kind of fun, but it is definitely going to be confusing. We went to the Air Force Museum in Ogden, which was really cool and neither of us had been before. We went to lunch and played the wii with Chad's old mission companion and his wife. We had a fun Birthday party for my niece, Natalie and their neighbor at Color Me Mine! I spent some time with some of my old friends, Candice, Nichole, and Amy. We wanted to see more, but we just never seem to have time! And then we stayed the night with both of Chad's grandparents! Oh, and we went for ice cream and played games with Chad's cousin Bob and his wife Shiloh and their new baby Tacoma! We love making the rounds, but the trip just wears us out! It took us a week to recover! Here are the pics, thanks for reading, although most of you probably didn't make it through the whole thing!
