Priceless!

So it has been a long weekend. Bella was sick with a bad cough and a fever, and neither of us got a lot of sleep. She was miserable, and couldn't even enjoy watching tv or snuggling. And on top of that, we decided to finally remodel the hall bathroom, which has needed it so badly, so the house has been torn apart. So after all of that came one of those priceless moments that make being a mom worth it.

I was sweeping the floor (what else is new) and Bella, for the first time in three days, was playing by herself. Out of the corner of my eye I see her climbing on the coffee table, but since I was almost done sweeping the floor and I didn't want to ruin the moment of her playing, I decided to ignore it for another minute. Then I see her taking off her diaper, which was the only thing she was wearing since she helped me rinse and fill the dishwasher (or played in the water). So I look over to see what she was doing, and it really was priceless! She was trying to sit on her doll's potty! It was so cute and funny, and I had to grab the camera. I know she is not wearing clothes, but the picture is just too funny. She was a little upset that sitting on the potty wasn't working very well. I so needed this moment to see my crazy two year old just figuring out life.

HIL-LARIOUS! Genius...Grabbing the camera! I love it! Oh, we do miss our little Bella niece. :) So funny, i just cannot get over that. That almost better than the "NEIGH" video from Halloween, which by-the-way is still our favorite!

How adorable! What a good laugh. Kids are wonderful. Just when you think you can't take it anymore they do something irresistable that makes you smile!!

As a side note, we're headed back to Texas. We'll get to see you soon!
