the last six weeks...

I am so excited that it has almost been six weeks since Chad has been gone! Here are just a couple pics of what we have been doing...

Bella's first day of 'school' Bella goes to a Children's Day Out program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a lot of fun for her, and a great break for me. She was so excited to go the first day she wouldn't pose for a pic at home, she just kept saying "no, car, now." She did pose for a pic outside of her school for about two seconds before going inside. She definitely loves it!!! I can't believe how big our little girl is getting...

Our Baby - that's right, we are pregnant! We are due February 28th and are really excited. Chad wanted a pic of my belly at BMT, so I took this one. It is my belly at 15 weeks. I am getting an ultrasound to find out what we are having before we go down for Chad's graduation, but I am not going to look and get it sealed in an envelope so Chad and I can open in together!!

This is a picture of Chad the first Sunday he got to Basic. The missionaries met him at church and emailed it to us. He looks so different in his ABU's and with his hair all short, but he is still so cute! I just can't wait to see him, only two and a half weeks to go!!!!! Please keep him in your prayers, he has been having trouble with his knee, and if he really hurts it and can't do what he needs to, he will get held back a week or two until it heals, so we are praying really hard for him! Thanks for thinking of us and for all of your love and support! Other than his knee, he is doing pretty well. The Drill Instructors like him because he isn't a mouth off. He also got 50/50 shooting his M16, which means he will get an excellent shooting ribbon when he graduates. He was really excited about that!!! Right now he is scheduled to graduate October 9th, and Bella and I can't wait!!!!!!

Congratulations again!! I'm so excited for you and your baby! You definitely look so cute. I was shocked to see Chad; I forget they buzz them bald! lol. You're doing so great! You've made it 6 weeks girl! I can't believe Bella's almost 3. I remember when we were going to the zoo when they were 22 months or something. They're so big! See ya at Tiffany's for play group.

Haha I love how Bella was so excited to go to school. It was fun to see Chad bald. He always had such great hair. He will be in our prayers that he doesn't get held back sue to an injury, I am proud of you for going through the last 6 weeks. I will call you when I get back to the states which should be in about a week. I am so sad to say good bye to Mike again. He has told me some really scary stories that happened to him in Afghanistan, and I wont lie I am petrified to say good bye to him again. Enough about me, I love you and I will talk to you later.

I didn't know you were expecting! Congrats! I'm glad you get to see Chad again soon and it sounds like alot of fun to open up the ultrasound envelope together. I hope everything is going well for you and your family. Too bad we're not in the same ward anymore. :(
