I can't find my camera, but here is what has been going on with us...

Our house is up for sale, finally! We packed up EVERYTHING, and somehow my camera ended up in a box. It has been a lot of work trying to get organized, now we just hope that we can get it sold before Chad leaves for basic in August. We went and looked at apartments, and we aren't sure where we are going to live, but hopefully all the pieces will fall into place. I took a video walk through of our house that I will post as soon as I can find the camera (sigh)

Chad leaves for basic on August 11th for eight weeks. He will be gone for his 27th birthday (Aug. 28) our five year anniversary (sept 10) and Isy's 3rd birthday (sept. 25). yeah, what a bummer. But we are excited to see what happens and where it takes us. After basic graduation in October, he will spend 6 weeks at tech school in whichita falls, tx. Which is very lucky for us because it is only an hour and a half away and we can visit anytime we want to. He will have nights and weekends off, so that will be great! After tech school he will get his orders and we will find out which base we will be stationed at, and we will probably be moving right before Christmas, again, bummer. Oh well, nothing we can do about it. It is going to be hard, but there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel. Oh, and for those who don't know what his job is, he will be in charge of maintenance scheduling for the aircrafts. He went to school for his A&P (which is an airplane mechanic), which he is finishing up his lasts test and should officially get in July. The job in the airforce will be great because he will have really good hours so he can go to school and still have time to spend with us!

Isy is growing so fast, and is so funny. She loves to tease and be teased and is getting so smart. Lately I catch her singing around the house. I can't really tell what she is singing since she still doesn't talk a lot, but it cracks me up. Sometimes she will even dance while she sings. I signed her up for a Mother's Day Out this fall. I think it will be perfect because she really needs some steady social time and I will need a break since Chad will be gone. Right now she is at her nana's house with her cousins. they all spent the night there and I'm sure are having a blast!

Hopefully I can find my camera so I can post that video and take some pics....

Good luck with selling your house. It's not very fun. I'm sad to hear about your husband being gone. I hope it goes really fast for you. Keep posting so we know what's going on.

BTW sorry i didn't call you last night I talked to Mike till way late, and I didn't want to call you around midnight and wake you up. Maybe we can chat tonight.

We will be looking forward to seeing the Video of your house! After you fix it up you have to sell it. Life isn't always fun, huh!

I miss you all and wish I could come visit! My boss, Mike and Chris, the other salesman on my team were in Dallas this last week and then in San Antonio till tomorrow! I am jealous because maybe I could have seen you all! Thems the breaks, right?
